The publication committee, as a body, coulddecide upon two or three works for publication; then appoint some individual (preferably a member of that committee) who would be will ing to assume the responsibility of preparing the work for the press. This would necessitate the employment of proper editorial talent and exercising a general supervision of the work of preparing the copy, with introductory remarks, notes, etc. The editor, who may, or may not, be a member of the club, would be answerable only to the person having the work in charge.
