The Pleas admit of fiilldefs di vifion, for the greateft part follow their refpe�tive Declarations, with the title of the Plea at the top of the page. Thus, here the Contracts relating to Trade, Agriculture, Mailer and Servant, as on Poli cies, Articles of Agreement in Trade, between Matter and Apprentice, Matter and Servant, and their relation (not to infiance in an infinite variety of others), are alike divifible with application to thofe objects, as the a�tion upon the fame fort of Contracts in Aﬂ'umpfit. The ground of each A�lion is frequently the fame, and the whole difference is, that in Covenant the inttrument mutt be under (cal, and accompanied with other folemnities.
