Sir Frank B. Hill, Chairman of the Triennial Committee, addressed Grand Master Gobin with words of courteous greeting, welcoming him and the members of the Encampment to Denver. It was a pleasant duty for Chairman Hill to perform. The success of plans with which he had so much to do, both in conception and execution, had just been demonstrated. The congratulations of his F raters had been hearty and profuse, and every one said in sentiment Well done, good and faithful servant.
