The following schedules were made in 1904 by Mr. S. C. Stuntz, under the direction of Mr. Martel, Chief Classifier. The arrange ment of material relating to navies follows in general the classifi cation oi Military Science which is based upon the Classification and Index of the Military Information Division of the Adjutant General's Office, U. S. War Department. In the arrangement of sailing directions and similar lists in vk, the publications of the British Hydrographic Office were followed in their general order as furnishing the most complete series available for a systematic list.
