WE are assembled to-day, on an occasion most interesting to us all. We are here to inaugurate the first President of Frank lin and Marshall College - to usher in, with due solemnities, an event which cannot be without the deepest interest to you, Mr. President, as well as to the Institution over which you are called to preside.
