The work covered by this Note was performed by the National Bureau of Standards on behalf of the Department of the Navy, Bureau of Aeronautics, now integrated into the Bureau of Naval Weapons. The program was under the administration of the Electricity and Electronics Division and the technical supervision of the Engineering Electronics Section.
