Excerpt from How Pupils Solve Problems in Arithmetic
The data for the investigation were collected during the school year of 1926 27. Mr. John A. Clark, Assistant in the Bureau of Educational Research, supervised the scoring of the test papers. The tabulation of the data, however, was not completed until after Mr. Clark left the Bureau of Educational Research. Work on other projects during the school year of 1927-28 delayed the completion of the report.
