About the Author

Nigel Planer is an actor and writer, probably best known for the character of Neil in The Young Ones and for his numerous television roles. He is the author of two novels, The Right Man and Faking It. Christopher Douglas writes non-fiction and comedy, including the Guardian's weekly Pod column, BBC Radio 4 and Radio 4's Ed Reardon's Week and is the author of the acclaimed biography Douglas Jardine Spartan Cricketer (Methuen).
