Robin Warekois is a Medical Technologist with more than 20 years' experience working in the clinical laboratory testing environment. She is a founding author of Phlebotomy: Worktext and Procedures Manual.

Richard Robinson is a scientific and technical writer with 25 years of experience translating complex scientific concepts into approachable content for students and laypersons.
