An Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) in InDesign and Dreamweaver, Jim is also the coordinator for the InDesign User Group of Chicago.

Cathy Palmer is an award-winning graphic designer and owner of Digital Design Tools.
