Synopsis
Former Senator, presidential candidate, and leading figure in the Democratic party, Harris seeks to rehabilitate the US Congress from its widespread reputation for being inefficient, obstructionist, and sometimes criminal. He gives a feel for what being in Congress is like by surveying the pay, perks, personnel, accountability of members, and the cost of the Congress.
