Hardcover. Condition: Good. Good. The book itself is far better than its jacket. The binding is intact and solid, the text block is tight, and the interior pages are clean with no highlighting and no heavy marking seen on any page photographed. A previous owner has written their name in ink on the front free endpaper; the name is not reproduced here, for their privacy. A pencilled price notation appears at the head of an early page. The DUST JACKET is heavily worn: it is faded and scuffed overall, with large tears and losses at the top corners of both the front and back panels, and a large triangular tear and loss along the bottom front edge that exposes the board beneath. The jacket is present and the Tom Lea artwork on the front panel is still legible, but it is a poor jacket on a sound book. No library apparatus - no ownership stamp, card pocket, spine or call-number label, date-due slip, or DISCARD mark. Book. Seller Inventory # PD-2238
