Enfin, dégagés de toute responsabilité envers la société, ils ne peuvent être appelés d'office à plaider la cause des mal heureux qui n'out pas les moyens de payer un défenseur. Il résulte de là que plu sieurs sessions criminelles ne peuvent s'ouvrir ou s'achever, parce que tel tribunal n'a que des fondés de pouvoirs militant prés de lui.
