Titel Das Hüftgelenk nnd der Luftdruck veröffentlicht. Es wurde in derselben eine in der allernächsten Zeit erschei nende gesamte Abhandlung in Aussicht gestellt, welche die alte Frage über die Zusammenfugung der Gelenke durch den atmo sphärischen Druck von einem etwas anderen Gesichtspunkte aus in Angriff nehmen sollte; durch verschiedene Umstände wurde ich jedoch bis heute verhindert, meine Absicht auszuführen. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist zufällig mit dem Erscheinen der zweiten Auflage der Werke W. Webers zusammengefallen, und da ich zunächst eine historische Übersicht der Frage geben muss, kann ich zu meinem Vergnügen, die Citate aus Weber (1) nach der neuen Auflage anführen.
