The westspringe, Ltd., offers for subscription at par, by persons bona fide resident in the Union of South Africa two 'hundred thousand shares of £1 each in the capital of the cdi'npany. West Springs, Ltd is a company incor porated on the 14th day of June, 1918, with liability limited by shares under the Companies Act, 1909 (transvaal). The capital of the company is the whole of which was underwritten at par by the anglo-american Corporation of South Africa, Ltd., and of this amount has now been privately subscribed. Of these shares will be paid for in full, and will be paid for as to 28. Per share in cash: thebalance of 183. Per share being pay able as and when required by the company. The remaining fully-paid shares are now offered for subscription at par. No application for less than _10 shares will-be accepted, and all applications for shares must be made to: The National Bank of South Africa, Ltd., Simmonds Street, Johannesburg; the registered office of the Company, Second Floor, The Corner House, Johannesburg; or the Secretaries, West Springs, Ltd., p.o. Box 4567, Johannesburg; and must be accompanied by a remittance in cash, or by cheque, bank draft, or post ofiice order, payable to West Springs, Ltd for the full value of the number of shares applied for.
