About the Author

John Sloman is the Director of the Economics Network, the Economics subject centre of the Higher Education Academy. The Economics Network is based at the University of Bristol. John is also a Visiting Professor at the University of the West of England.

Dean Garrett is a Principal Lecturer in Economics and NBS Teaching and Learning Coordinator at Nottingham Trent University.
