Mik Wisniewski is Senior Research Fellow in Strathclyde Business School with specific research interests in performance measurement and performance improvement. He also runs his own management consultancy business and works part-time in the Performance Audit Division of Audit Scotland. He has worked with a broad range of national and international compaines, including- Shell , ScottishPower, British Energy, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Inland Revenue, the NHS, and a number of local authorities and police forces. He is the author and co-author of over ten textbooks in the areas of business decision-making.
