This book was written because all other books of ABC focus on other industries and Financial Services organisations are different. The feedback that I usually get from those who read it is that they found it easy to read and useful. It will not provide all the answers - every company is different and the details have to be tailored to fit but it does provide worked examples that bring the theory to life.
