This analysis is motivated by the fact that most experimental and natural astronomical) plasmas are rarely fully ionized. In this paper we will initiate a study of the magneto hydrodynamic, or low frequency waves which can propagate in a three component plasma in a steady magnetic field. The third component is neutral.
