The Collection of Paintings comprising modern works by European and American Artists, with a few by the older Painters, are consigned by their owners for unreserved Public Sale. Among them are a number of representative pictures-from Mr. George V. Curtis, an American Artist who for the past twenty-five years has resided in Barbizon. Others come from Mr. Charles P. Gruppe, the well-known Artist who for years lived in Holland. Another group is sold by order of James, Schell Blkus, 170 Broadway, attorneys for trustee in bankruptcy of Lathrop, Haskins Co.
