I. That the notice of contest herein was not given to the contestee, Charles C. Bowman, until 63 days after the result of the election Of November 8, 1910, was determined by the board of canvassers authorized by law to determine the same, in violation of the specific provision of the Revised Statutes, section 105, requiring service Of a notice of a congressional contest within 30 days after the determination of the result.
