Excerpt from Procopian, 1951
One of the most important elements of St. Procopius is the Seminary. The training of priests was one of _the earliest works of St. Procopius, and the Seminary now has many glorious traditions behind it.
The aim of the Seminary's training is to provide the Church with priests who are devout, zealous, and studious. This high aim requires harmonious development of the physical,-,social, intellectual powers of the priestly candidates. The example of the faculty is the strongest incentive for the pursuit of this ideal.
