Research on foreign economic development and trade analysis is carried out in the Development and Trade Analysis Division of the Economic Research Service of the u,s. Department of Agriculture. During the period of this report October 1, 1963, to September 30, l964-approximately 33 professional man years were devoted to research in the areas of foreign economic development and trade analysis, distributed as follows: man-years to Effects of Foreign Economic Development on Agriculture; man-years to Export Programs and Market Development; man-years to International Monetary and Trade Re search; and man-years to Trade Statistics and Analysis.
