Before leaving subjects connected with the treatment of vesical stone by crushing I would briefly allude to a change in practice for the better which is a direct outcome of the excellent work in the application of this operation to male children. I refer more particularly to the successful employ ment of litholapaxy in this direction by our distinguished Fellow, bdgadesurgeon-lieutenantcolonel Keegan-work which has been impormntly supplemented by my colleague, Dr. Freyer.
