Ces lésions sont, en effet, les mêmes à la période tertiaire et à la période secondaire de la syphilis: elles ne diffèrent que par leur distribution généralisées à la période secondaire, dans les syphilis jeunes; localisées à la période tertiaire, dans les syphilis anciennes.
