Synopsis
Excerpt from The Colonial Records of the State of Georgia, Vol. 9: Compiled and Published Under Authority of the Legislature; Proceedings and Minutes of the Governor and Council From January 4, 1763, to December 2, 1766
Resolved That on Condition only that the Petitioner doth take out'a Grant for the said Land within seven Months from this date and that he doth also Register the said Grant in the Register's Office of the said Province within Six Months from the date thereof that his Majesty may not be defrauded of his Quit Rents the Prayer of the said Petition is granted.
