You will make no mistake in planting peonies as they pay splendid dividends on the investment. A perennial border without peonies is lacking one of the most satisfactory plants that can be obtained. Not only does the flower possess rare beauty and charm but the foliage of the plant is attractive and adds a very pleasing and harmonious blending with the surrounding landscape.
