Dem Verfasser mögen bei der Beurtheilung einzelner Män gel und Lücken des hiermit pnblicirten Versuches die grossen Schwierigkeiten zur theilweisen Entschuldigung dienen, die zu bewältigen waren, um diesen kleinen Beitrag zur österreichischen und deutschen Rechtsgeschichte bieten zu können. Auch möge nicht ausser Acht gelassen werden, dass keine abgeschlossene Geschichte der Reception des römisch - canonischen Processes, selbst in dem engeren territorialen Rahmen der böhmischen Län der geschrieben werden konnte und wollte, vielmehr nur einzelne Bausteine und Materialien herbeigcschafft und angesammelt wer den sollten.
