Auch möge nicht ausser Acht gelassen werden, dass keine abgeschlossene Geschichte der Reception des römisch - canonischen Processes, selbst in dem engeren territorialen Rahmen der böhmischen Län der geschrieben werden konnte und wollte, vielmehr nur einzelne Bausteine und Materialien herbeigcschafft und angesammelt wer den sollten.
