Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: section 1. N 0 money shall be paid from the treasury of Money paid from this Commonwealth at any time hereafter, except upon the m $13? Warrant of the governor, drawn in accordance with some m appropriation contained in some act or resolve duly passed within the same political year.
