Le même Ministre transmet une lettre par laquelle M. A. Desplanque, conservateur des Archives générale sdu département du Nord, sollicite, pour la bibliothèque de ce dépôt, le don de plusieurs volumes des chroniques et des bulletins de la Commission qui y manquent.
Le même Ministre rappelle qu'au mois de juin 1862 il a transmis à la Commission un manuscrit de la Biblio thèque de Hambourg, renfermant des lettres de Clément VII a charles-quint, et que le délai dans lequel il devait être rendu est expiré: il ajoute que le haut sénat de Hambourg est disposé à accorder une prolongation d'une année pour cette restitution, si la Commission le désire.
