Bien que ce mémoire soit spécialement consacré aux insectes du cal caire lithographique de la Bavière, je crois pourtant devoirymentionner également les quelques articulés de la classe des arachnides qui ont été trouvés dans la même formation, et comme je me propose de pro céder dans mes descriptions, suivant l'ordre généralement adopté aujourd'hui, des groupes inférieurs à ceux dont l'organisation est la plus élevée, c'est par ces arachnides que nous devons commencer.
