Letters Patent were issued in December, 1902, for two Banging companies to Operate banks at Perry and St: Petersburg respectively, but the provisions (if the banking laws have not been fully complied with and authority to commence business has not yet been given to either them. It is expected that these banks will be ready for operation at an early date.
