Figures and letters following the station name, such as 12 ssw, indicate distance in miles and direction from the post office.
Delayed data and corrections will be carried only in the June and December issues of this bulletin.
Monthly and seasonal snowfall and heating degree days for the 12 months ending with the June data will be carried in the July issue of this bulletin. Stations appearing in the Index, but for which data are not listed in the tables, are either missing or received too late to be included in this issue. Divisions, as used in Climatological Data Table and on the maps, became effective with data for January 1957.
