In closing I would say I am afraid Elora is hopeless, but would like my successor to try again. \vaterloo and Enterprise I feel sure will get to work soon and make a shewing. 011 the whole, Capitular Masonry in Wellington District, in my opinion, is in a sound and healthy condition.
