About the Author
Khashayar J. Khabushani was born in Van Nuys, Los Angeles in 1992. During his childhood he spent time in Iran, and was later raised in the United States. He graduated from the MFA Creative Writing programme at Columbia University and currently lives in LA. I WILL GREET THE SUN AGAIN is his first novel.

Three young brothers leave Los Angeles in the dead of night for Iran, taken by their father from their mother to a country and an ancestral home they barely recognize. They return to the Valley months later, spit back into American life and changed in inexorable ways.
