About the Author
James Lowen is an award-winning writer, photographer, editor and nature guide. He is the author of five books, including A Summer of British Wildlife , which won Travel Book of the Year at the Travel Media Awards 2016. He writes for BBC Wildlife, Bird Watching and The Countryman magazines and has appeared on BBC's Countryfile.
