DONATUS KOSI AYITEY is currently a PhD Researcher at United Nations University, UNU-MERIT, Maastricht. He holds a B.A. and M.Phil degrees in Economics with specialisation in Econometrics and Public Economics from University of Ghana and has worked with the Department of Economics as a Teaching and Research Assistant. He is currently Professor of Economics, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India QINGPING ZHANG is an undergraduate of Renmin University of China YANYUN ZHAO is director of Research Centre for Applied Statistics, a key national research institute accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
