Richard Lansdown is an educational and clinical (child) psychologist who worked for more than 30 years at Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Institute of Child Health. He is a trustee of the Institute of Child Health and the author and editor of many publications.
Marjorie Walker, PhD, MS Ed, BS Ed, is a psychotherapist and an experienced researcher into child development. She has written programs for the BBC on pregnancy and birth and on living with toddlers, and has lectured on parent education at the Open University.
