Le journal a été acheté dans le cadre d'un lot lors de la dispersion d'articles ménagers à la retraite de campagne de la famille Doyle en 1955, et stocké par la suite dans une salle de jeux pour enfants jusqu'en 1977, date à laquelle il a été montré à un marchand qui s'est rendu compte qu'il s'agissait d'une découverte majeure. Abondamment illustré de croquis et d'aquarelles de Charles Doyle. Version originale en anglais avec sa jaquette. Livre en TBE, jaquette dans l'etat correct (frottement et abimee) Oblong a l'italienne 26 x 18,5 cm., 91 pages abondement illustrees.
