About this title

From the Author

This book makes the Internet fun for young children.
I was motivated to write this book when my pre-schooler Travis took an interest in surfing the 'Net. At first I found very little of interest to him, but as we explored side-by-side we found some gems. We worked on the book, New Kids on the Net: Internet Activities for Young Learners, during Travis' kindergarten year; he is the illustrator. In the book, we share our experiences with other young learners and their parents and teachers. Read it to learn about specific Internet resources and on-line and off-line activities that will provide educational and recreational experiences for your child.
