Eldridge holds an undergraduate degree in Human Development, Early Childhood Education, from the University of Massachusetts; a graduate degree in Bilingual Education from the Foreign Language Education Center of the University of Texas; and a doctorate in Language, Literacy, and Cultural Studies from Boston University. She blends her multicultural focus with nearly 15 years of K-8 classroom experience. A frequent consultant, speaker, panelist, and presenter, she is a member of numerous associations and the recipient of many honors and awards.
