About the Author

Andre Ivanoff is Associate Professor of Social Work at Columbia University School of Social Work where she teaches clinical practice. Dr. Ivanoff conducts assessment and intervention research on mental health issues in criminal justice populations. Betty J. Blythe is Professor of Social Work at Florida International University and directs the School's MSW Program. Dr. Blythe is Principal Investigator of a large experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of family preservation services in the state of Michigan. Tony Tripodi is Associate Director, Ph.D Program Coordinator, and Professor of Social Work, Florida International University.
