Mr. Donaldson holds an M.B.A. degree from San Francisco State University and has written five books, including behavioural Supervision and Conversational Magic.Edward E. Scannell is the Director of the University Conference Bureau at Arizona State University. He was the 1982 National President of ASTD and is currently the Executive Chairman of the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations. As a member of the National Speakers Association, Scannell has given many presentations in the U.S. and abroad. He is the author of numerous books and articles in human resource development, communications, creativity, meeting planning, and management. His seven books include Games Trainers Play and its sequel, More Games Trainers Play.
