Mark Brealey QC is a barrister at Monckton Chambers. He specialises in EU and Competition Law. He regularly appears before the Courts of England and Wales, before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and before the Court of Justice of the European Communities. He also appears at oral hearings before the competition and regulatory authorities.
Kyla George is a qualified solicitor who practised Competition Law in London and Brussels for a number of years. Kylas practice covered UK, EU and global competition investigations and transactions, advising clients across a range of industries. She has more recently focussed her expertise and skills on academic and professional writing, including co-editing both the First and Second Editions of Competition Litigation; UK Practice and Procedure.
