About the Author

Graham Upton is Professor of Applied Statistics in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Essex. His more than 100 publications include seven books, four co-authored with Ian Cook and published by OUP: Understanding Statistics (1996) Introducing Statistics (1998) and Statistics S1 and S2 (2004, 2005) Ian Cook and Chief Examiner in Mathematics at Essex University.
