About the Author

Mark Lunney is Professor in the School of Law, University of New England in New South Wales Donal Nolan is Professor of Private Law, University of Oxford; Francis Reynolds and Clarendon Fellow and Tutor in Law, Worcester College, Oxford Ken Oliphant is Director of the Institute for European Tort Law at the Austrain Academy of Sciences in Vienna, and Professor of Tort Law at the University of Bristol.
