Uday Kumar Haldar, Ph.D, has over 38 years experience out of which twenty five years have been in the industry. He was formerly Director, Ordnance Factories Institute of Learning, Ishapore. He has conducted more than 300 courses on various modules of quality management and 29 courses on Internal Quality Audit (ISO 9001). He is currently faculty, Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata. He has been associated with human resource development for the last two decades.
