About the Author
Prof. Subir Sarkar is a visiting faculty in the construction engineering department of Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He has been associated with project implementation for the past 40 years. He was also General Manager, Development Consultants Private Limited, Kolkata. He has contributed several technical papers to reputed national journals.
Prof. Subhajit Saraswati, former Head of the Department, Construction Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, is an M Tech from IIT Kharagpur. He is currently Reader, Department of Construction Engineering, Jadavpur University and also Co-ordinator, Center for Quality Construction, Jadavpur University.
