About the Author

Ronald L. Akers is Professor of Criminology, Law, and Society at the University of Florida. He is coeditor of Social Learning Theory and the Explanation of Crime (2007). Christine S. Sellers is Associate Professor and Associate Chair of the Department of Criminology at the University of South Florida.
