About the Author

Dr. S. B. Mathur is Director & Professor, ASM Group of Institutes, Pune. He holds a PhD in Management and has over thirty-five years of experience in the industry and the academy.

Dr. Sudhakar Bokephode is Director, ASM Group of Institutes, Pune. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Tilak Maharastra Vidyapeeth, Pune. Dr Bokephode has more than thirty years of experience in teaching Strategic Human Resource Management.

Dr. D. D. Balsaraf is Professor, ASM Group of Institutes, Pune. A PhD in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule University, Pune, Dr Balsaraf has thirty-six years of academic experience and has published more than fifty research papers.
